TREVI and SHe ~ Two Unique Las Vegas Foodie Experiences by Morton’s

Crabmeat Spinach Artichoke Dip

Two uniquely different restaurants situated in Las Vegas offering delicious food and drink by Morton’s.

SHe

SHe is more of what I expect from a Morton’s brand restaurant.  A classic yet modern feeling steakhouse situated at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas.  The staff is full of spunk and let their white collars hang open and bow ties undone.  This present you with a lightened atmosphere so you are free to have  a bit of fun!

We experienced a nice tasting of several different dishes during our experience.  What I loved about this selection was it wasn’t a steak! They have so many other great options, it was fun to try out some that I might not have ordered on my own.

I would have to say the Crispy Tempura Shrimp with spicy aioli, shishito peppers and lime was one of my favorites.

and the Perfect Pear… YUM!

We also experienced the Classic Caesar Salad, Pear and Saga Salad, Beef Short Ribs, Marinated Skirt Steak, Free Range Chicken Chop, Potato Puree, Creamed Corn, and for dessert a sampling of several of their specialties including the amazing Peanut Butter and Jelly!

It truly was all wonderful and they also have a fabulous wine list to accompany all this fab food.  I really could not pick my favorite!

Trevi

Now if you have some time, you have to go to TREVI.  A completely different Morton’s experience.  A lovely little Italian restaurant located in the Caesar’s Palace Forum Shops.  You can opt for a outdoorsy cafe feel by sitting out next to the Fountain of the Gods, or you can opt to sit inside for a trendy little lounge feel.  Currently voted “Best of Las Vegas” for Italian Food, it is NOT to be missed!

We were utterly spoiled when we visited and tried an abundance of food and we were all WOWED by our experience.  There is so many “helpers” that you are always being checked on and offered food and water (sparkling or flat).

For appetizers, we tried the Crabmeat, Spinach and Artichoke Dip and the Bruschetta.  We then followed it up with the Caesar Salad and Autumn Salad.

For entree’s we all ordered something different. I had the Penne Diavolo which is chicken in a spicy cream sauce with mushrooms and roasted peppers.  It was SO wonderful although for my taste, I didn’t call it spicy, however for another it may be.

To end the meal, we tried the Italian Cream Cake (Amazing!) and the Chocolate Gooey Cake with a lovely cup of Cappuccino.

They also have an extensive wine and cocktail list to pair with every course of your meal!

I LOVED every bit of my meal and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that you drop in for bite!

As an overall experience, I really loved this restaurant.  It is a bit slower paced as is a traditional Italian meal so if you are in a hurry, be sure to let your server know.  The idea with traditional Italian is to savour your food and spend time with your friends and family.  Great food. Great Conversation. Great Time!

Two distinctly different experiences by Morton’s NOT to be missed!

 Happy Eating!
