This time since it is National Breakfast Day, I found you 4 awesome ways to incorporate tofu into your morning routine to give you a nice protein packed start to your day.
Actually, lets say 5 recipes because my own contribution is a simple suggestion. Just toss some extra firm tofu into your scrambled eggs no matter how you are preparing and you will not even know it is there! Tofu really takes on the flavor of whatever you are cooking and using extra firm gives you a scramble egg or ground meat texture when you saute it into crumbles.
