This post is sponsored by J.M. Smucker Company to shop at participating Kroger stores to create and share my own #SundaeFundae. All opinions are my own.
So when I have parties, I like to try and plan a theme and always think about who my guests are. This year for Independence Day, I decided to have a small get together with family and make it a Sundae Funday! What better way to cool off on a HOT July day than with a delicious sundae bar with all our favorite Smuckers Brand toppings.
We found all we needed to set up our sundae bar at Fred Meyers, our local Kroger store. Of course we all can never just agree on one ice cream or topping flavor so we just had to get just about one of everything!
We decided to use a small planter box filled with ice to put our ice cream out for guests and then surrounded it with all the toppings anyone could want including hot fudge, strawberry, caramel, magic shell and pineapple. YUM!
To make it a patriotic theme for the 4th of July holiday, we made some patriotic printables that you can download and print for free to make your own sundae bar.
It was a BIG hit with all the family especially the kids and what a special way to sit down and enjoy an evening full of family fun.
