Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

These raspberry chicken chipotle chicken wings are a bit of sweet,

a bit of spice, a whole lot of sticky deliciousness!

Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

2 Pounds Chicken Wings

3 Cloves Garlic, Minced

¾ Cup Frozen Raspberries

¼ Cup Sugar

½ Packet Chipotle Seasoning OR 1 Small Can Chipotle Peppers

2 Tablespoons Butter

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

¼ Cup Water

Salt and Pepper to Taste


Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

To begin, you can either deep fry your chicken wings or you can grill them.

Either way, be sure they are completely done in the middle.

Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Wings

Place on a paper towel to collect any excess grease. Set aside to cool.

For the sauce, place all the rest of the ingredients in a small pot (besides the wings).

Allow it to simmer for about ten minutes on a lower setting.

Once the sauce is finished, you can either brush it onto the wings or put it all in a bowl with a lid and shake it up until covered.

Remove wings from sauce and serve!

  5. Once the sauce is finished, you can either brush it onto the wings or place the sauce in a bowl, place the wings on top of the sauce, place a lid on the bowl, and shake until covered.
  6. Remove wings from sauce and serve!
