Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Sausage
  • 1 Red Pepper ~ Diced
  • 1/2 Onion ~ Diced
  • 2 Cups Frozen Cubed Butternut
  • 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa

Instructions

  1. In an oven safe skillet, brown sausage
  2. Stir in peppers, onion, butternut and quinoa
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until butternut is cooked through
  4. Serve
