- 1 Pound Sausage
- 1 Red Pepper ~ Diced
- 1/2 Onion ~ Diced
- 2 Cups Frozen Cubed Butternut
- 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
Instructions
- In an oven safe skillet, brown sausage
- Stir in peppers, onion, butternut and quinoa
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until butternut is cooked through
