QT G&T - A Sassy Spin on a Gin and Tonic Cocktail!

When you are looking for something a little different, and a little bit sassy, look no further than the QT G&T from the QT Queenstown Hotel. This spin on a gin and tonic with Black Robin Gin, Lemon Juice, Elderflower Quinine Syrup, Salted Cucumber Soda, Muddled Cucumber, and delicately topped with a Rosemary Sprig and a thinly sliced Cucumber Roll will impress all your guests making you the hostess with the mostest!

QT G&T Cocktail

 45ml Black Robin Gin

30ml Lemon Juice

20ml Elderflower Syrup

10ml Sugar

Six Barrels Salted Cucumber Soda

Muddled Cucumber

Rosemary Sprig

Cucumber Roll

 

Build, then top with crushed ice in a Tall Hobstar.

Garnish with rosemary sprig and cucumber roll.
