Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Recipe

If you love PEANUT BUTTER, you will enjoy this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Recipe that is easy and delicious!
They are perfect for a quick dessert to bring to school events, church parties or even a football dinner.
I found this recipe a few years ago…and LOVE how easy they are to put together.
 
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Recipe …
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup chunky peanut butter (I used creamy)
1/3 cup oil
1 cup chocolate chips
 
 
Combine all the above ingredients into your mixer and mix well.
In a 9X13 pan, that has been coated with cooking spray, press out the cookie bar mixture.
You will have to use your fingers or the back of a spoon and it will be sticky…
 
 
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 – 17 minutes or until golden brown…
 
 
Cool, slice and ENJOY…
