Veggie Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Cup diced onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 MorningStar Farms® Original Sausage Patties
  • 2 MorningStar Farms® Bacon Strips
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Saute the diced onion and bell pepper in a pan with 1 TBSP of oil
  2. Add your eggs and stir until scrambled
  3. Microwave your MorningStar Farms® sausage and bacon as directed
  4. Cut into small pieces
  5. Add to scrambled egg mixture
  6. Place cheese on your tortillas
  7. Top with egg mixture
  8. Roll
  9. Eat!

Notes

  • Wrap with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for an easy grab and go meal for super busy days!
