In 2018, I am working on changing my diet and getting a good start to my day. I’ve already eliminated red meats mostly to reduce cholesterol that is found in animal-based products, but I’m slowly moving away from most processed meats entirely. I’ve also set a New Years Resolution to get a good start to my day by following a routine. It’s so easy when you work from home to get up at different hours, drink too much coffee, and skip breakfast. I want to share my easy tips to start your day off right and my new favorite breakfast that is super easy to make ahead to grab and go… a breakfast burrito using MorningStar Farms® veggie cuisine that is full of plant protein power, the better way to start your day!

MorningStar Farms® Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito

I love using MorningStar Farms® for breakfast because it’s great as is on its own and also great to toss into recipes like this and the whole family eats it… it’s not just for vegetarians! (Seriously… taste it to believe it!) Plus, it couldn’t be more convenient and quick to cook up so I can get moving along with my day. I can cook it in a skillet pretty quick or pop it into the microwave to speed things up a bit making it easy to stick to a healthier lifestyle.

You can find MorningStar Farms® products in the freezer section at Walmart. There are a ton of options to choose from but for my breakfast burritos, I use the MorningStar Farms® Original Sausage Patties and MorningStar Farms® Bacon Strips.
