And finally, a recipe I found on Skinny Taste last fall 

and have made a few times.  
They are delicious and have only 68 calories per tart.

Mini Pecan Tartlets…


Mini Pecan Pie Tartlets

  • Author: Walking on Sunshine


  • 1 TBS butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 15 mini phyllo shells


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together except for the chopped pecans.
  3. Mix well and then stir in the chopped pecans.
  4. Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking tray.
  5. Spoon approximately 1 tsp of the mixture into each phyllo shell.
  6. If you have extra mixture left over, just distribute evenly to the shells.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.


  • Only 68 calories per tart.
