A meatless monday pineapple teriyaki burger treat! Yes… that’s right. Pineapple Teriyaki Burgers…Minus the meat!
This recipe has become a staple in our house. My hubby’s specialty as it was all his idea and gets kudos for that since it seems to be VERY popular!
Seriously, you NEED to try this. It is so easy and all of the flavors just blend perfectly and you never once miss the meat. Pair it with some sweet potato french fries to polish off your plate.

Ingredients:
- 1 Pineapple (Cored and Sliced into Rings-see Pineapple Corer Review)
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Iceburg Lettuce
- Tomato Slices
- Avocado Slices
- Red Onion Slices
Vacu Vin Pineapple Easy Slicer, set of 3 blade sizes.
Tip: Use a round cutter on your lettuce to make them fit easily on your buns!
Grill your pineapple slices on your grill (or indoor grill/panini press)
Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler
Baste periodically with teriyaki sauce.
Assemble your burger
I like to double up on the pineapple slices for a double decker!
