Yes, you heard (or read) me correctly. These waffles are not only a delightful treat, they are packed full of fiber, no added sugar, no cholesterol and a great, healthy way to start your day!

Ingredients:
Waffles:
- 1 Cup Kodiack Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- 3 TBSP Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
Coconut Cream:
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1 TBSP Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
- 1 1/2 TBSP Instant Clear Jel
I got “fancy” and quartered my waffles and stuffed them, but it tastes just as good if you just put a dollop right on top and dig in! What could be better than dessert for breakfast!
