I began my quest for weight loss 30 days ago with Isagenix and a key staple of the system is using protein shakes. Drinking the same old vanilla or chocolate shake can be boring so I asked others using the system to share with me ideas on how to jazz up a protein shake with easy protein shake recipes to mix things up a bit and make it easier to stay on the path to healthy living. (read my Isagenix testimonial)
Some of these recommendations do call for Isagenix products specifically but you could in theory use any protein shake and sub in different products to achieve a similar result.
