Iced Coffee

Make cold brewed coffee with half and half and condensed milk to beat the heat with this Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of cold brewed coffee
  • 12 oz half and half
  • 1 cup condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Make cold brewed coffee by putting 8 cups of water with 1 cup of course grounds and let sit for 8 -24 hours, filter out the coffee grounds.
  2. Add half and half and condensed milk and mix together.
  3. Place in freezer for a couple of hours or serve coffee over ice cubes.

Notes

  • I placed my Iced Coffee in a glass carafe and placed in freezer for about 3 hours. Let sit about 1/2 hour and stir or shake to mix the coffee. Placing it in the freezer, the coffee will have some ice crystals in it.
  • If the coffee is too strong you can add more milk or even water. Ice cubes also dilute the coffee.
  • If you don’t want to dilute your coffee, make ice cubes out of coffee by pouring left over coffee into ice cube trays and freeze.
