Believe me, you will want to make plenty of these, especially this winter when your skin gets so dry. Don’t just leave it up to chapstick, use this peppermint lip scrub to exfoliate first, then use a homemade lip balm to rehydrate.

I like to keep some in the shower too. It’s so simple to use the scrub after washing my face and my lips always feel so soft afterward!

Homemade Peppermint Lip Scrub

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

3 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil

Small Lip Balm Tins

 


 

Add sugar and coconut oil in a bowl and stir.

Best if done where it’s not overly warm as ingredients will mold together better.

Add in peppermint oil and stir.
