His & Hers Homemade Shaving Cream

I am in LOVE with this easy homemade shaving cream recipe. It’s super easy to make and leaves my skin so soft and refreshed. Everyone in the house has their favorite scents when they make up a new batch. For this recipe, we are using eucalyptus and lemongrass, but you literally can use any scent you like by swapping out your essential oils. I personally love lemon and mint together, but lavender or rose is always nice when you kick back and relax in the bath. For the man in your life, try using some cedarwood! It’s SO light and fluffy being whipped… you will LOVE it too!

Ingredients:

7 Drops Lemongrass Essential Oil

His & Hers Homemade Shaving Cream

In a double boiler, combine your sweet almond oil, shea butter, and coconut oil. If you don’t have a double boiler, a glass container placed inside a pot of water works just as well.

Allow contents to liquefy and then immediately remove from heat.

Immediately add the essential oils and stir thoroughly.

Place in the fridge overnight.

Remove from fridge and using a mixer, mix the contents until they’re light and fluffy.

Store in a cool area in a covered container.
