One of my favorite things to have for breakfast or even a snack is a smoothie.
I love to use Greek yogurt because of the added protein.
On mornings when life is crazy and busy, I can make a smoothie for either myself or my children
and I know we’re enjoying a healthy breakfast.
I love freezing the fruit to use in place of ice cubes to get the smoothie really cold and frothy.
Here is a recipe that my family loves…
Peachy Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Any fruit will do!
My family loves strawberries, bananas and even blueberries.
- 1 container of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- You can use whatever fruit your family enjoys.
