Fresh Snacks for Spring with RITZ Crackers & Rosemary Chicken Spread

Spring is here and it’s time to get the garden started. One of my favorite things I get started on right away each spring is my herb garden so I can add fresh flavors to my snacks all summer long. I went to my favorite local Target store and hit the dollar section (always so many cute finds) and picked up a cute blue bucket to match my porch decor and these super cute garden labels.

Growing your own garden is also a fun way to celebrate Earth Day, and is a great activity to do with your kids!

While at Target, I grabbed everything else I needed to make up a great snack while preparing my new herb garden. I had some leftover chicken breast at home so I considered making RITZ Chicken “Nachos” (check them out in the video below), but I have really been loving the savory taste of rosemary lately, so I was excited to try a rich fresh rosemary chicken spread for my RITZ Crackers instead!

Seriously… don’t these RITZ Chicken “Nachos” look amazing?!?! I think I’ll make those next!

I, of course, had to use my die cut machine to dress up my garden tin and labels before planting my herbs. Didn’t it turn out super cute!!

I think it’s a perfect addition to my back porch, and I’ll get to enjoy it while sitting out eating my fresh spring snacks I’m making.

To get started on my rosemary chicken spread, I gathered up all my ingredients:

To make the spread, simply combine all your ingredients in a bowl and stir, then spread onto your RITZ Cracker. It couldn’t be any easier!

The thing I love about this recipe is that you really don’t even need to measure, you can add/subtract any ingredient according to your own taste. I tend to cook by just throwing things in!

I eat this spread cold all the time, but when I’m bringing it for a party, I’ll warm it up and serve it with the RITZ cracker as a warm spread instead. The flavor is even more savory as the parmesan cheese melts. It’s always a crowd favorite!
