Freezing Homemade Ravioli…

Last week we learned how to make Homemade Ravioli.

You can see that post HERE.

Today, we are going to learn how to freeze the homemade ravioli so you can use them

at a later date.

Once you have your ravioli prepared, place them on trays lined with wax paper sprinkled with flour or semolina flour…

Place the trays in the freezer until the ravioli are firm…

Perfect.

This should take maybe 30 minutes…

Don’t they look good…

Place in a freezer bag and then in your freezer to enjoy at a later date…

The next time you’re having a busy day, pull your bag of HOMEMADE Ravioli out of the

freezer and you will have a delicious meal in under 20 minutes…

Hello ?, could you please tell me why sometimes my raviolis are cracked when they freeze. I have to let them for 45 – 60 mins. freezer to have them completly freezed, otherwise they will stick together in the freezer bag.
