Fat Girl Margaritas? Well, this recipe arose from a joke between my friend and I who happens to love Margaritas. It is her cocktail choice whenever we go out for a girls night and her favorite line for the waiter… “Don’t give me any of that Skinny Girl stuff, I want a Fat Girl Margarita.”

So when it came time for her birthday, I knew I had to make her a spoof bottle of the Skinny Girl brand and give her a jug of “Fat Girl”!

She was so excited and we had so much fun hanging out after our day at work sharing a delicious drink before heading home.

Fat Girl Margaritas

Yield: 1

Ingredients

500 mL Jose Cuervo Tequila
1 Can Limeade Concentrate
1/2 Gallon Orange Juice (without pulp)

Instructions

In a half gallon mason jar add Tequila to 500 mL line
Add full can of limeade concentrate
Fill to top with orange juice
Shake until blended well
Serve

We let ours sit over the weekend and the taste was wonderful!
