Blueberries and Cream Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 6 Tbsps. water
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsps. dried blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • sweetener of choice to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients.
  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir and microwave on high for another 30 second.
  4. Serve immediately.
