Healthier Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 12oz. jars quartered, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • baked tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir together all ingredients. If the artichoke hearts are in large pieces, you may want to cut them up a bit.
  3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to brown.
  4. Serve with baked tortilla chips
