Description

A quick and easy vegetarian buffalo “chicken” salad.


Ingredients

  • Shredded Lettuce (3 Cups)
  • Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings (1 Box)
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles (approx 1/2 Cup)
  • Blue Cheese Dressing (approx 1/4 Cup)
  • Diced Celery (approx 3 stalks)
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice cooked veggie buffalo wings and celery and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in lettuce, blue cheese crumbles,blue cheese dressing.
  3. Serve with buffalo wing sauce on the side.
