Easy Tip for Freezing Cookie Dough

 
We’ve all had those moments, those cravings, those midnight raids 
on the refrigerator or pantry looking for something to snack on.
For me, it’s usually something sweet. 
I love cookies, but I’m not a big fan of store-bought cookies.  
 
I love homemade cookies, but I really don’t have the time to always
have fresh baked homemade cookies in the house for my family.
 
So here’s a TIP for YOU…

The next time you are baking cookies, double the recipe.  
Bake only what you need at the moment and freeze the rest.
  Here is how I freeze cookie dough and it works really great.  
 


Scoop out the extra cookie dough and place on a baking tray.  Place the baking tray into the freezer for about 30 minutes…



Once the cookie dough balls have frozen, place them in a freezer bag and keep in the freezer…


The next time you have a craving for homemade cookies, just remove as many cookies as you want and place on a baking tray and bake according to the recipe…

 
All you need now is a glass of milk.
