We’ve all had those moments, those cravings, those midnight raids
on the refrigerator or pantry looking for something to snack on.
For me, it’s usually something sweet.
I love cookies, but I’m not a big fan of store-bought cookies.

I love homemade cookies, but I really don’t have the time to always
have fresh baked homemade cookies in the house for my family.

So here’s a TIP for YOU…

The next time you are baking cookies, double the recipe.
Bake only what you need at the moment and freeze the rest.
Here is how I freeze cookie dough and it works really great.

Scoop out the extra cookie dough and place on a baking tray.  Place the baking tray into the freezer for about 30 minutes…

Once the cookie dough balls have frozen, place them in a freezer bag and keep in the freezer…

The next time you have a craving for homemade cookies, just remove as many cookies as you want and place on a baking tray and bake according to the recipe…

All you need now is a glass of milk.

Enjoy!
