I finally did it…
I jumped on board the essential oils train and started experimenting myself with different home remedies and more. I really like making our own products now as much as possible because you have so much more control over what is in them and no harsh chemicals.
This homemade hand sanitizer uses tea tree oil and lemon oil, which are both natural anti-bacterial agents. Lavender may also be antibacterial and is soothing to your skin. Paired with pure aloe vera gel, this sanitizer leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed!
To make this homemade hand sanitizer yourself, it’s super easy. All you need is a few simple ingredients (I always order mine from Amazon) and a small container to store it in. Mix it up and done!
1/3 cup pure aloe vera gel
5 drops tea tree essential oil
6-7 drops lemon
or lavender essential oils
(I like to use a little of both!)
