Busy, busy, busy. That is my life in a nutshell and I’m sure many of you can relate.  It seems no matter how hard I try to be organized and prepared for the day, I’m always rushing out the door getting the kids off to school and hoping I won’t be late for work.  I’m lucky if I get breakfast and nearly never have the time to pack up a lunch for myself and often end up having to run out and pick up fast food.

When I was asked to try Campbell’s Kettle Style Soups, I was really excited at the ease of eating lunch in and having a great tasting alternative to eating out.

I ran down to our local Target to stock up on the soups.  I found many varieties stocked in the soup isle and even found them on sale!  I picked up the Tuscan Style Chicken and White Bean, Tomato and Sweet Basil Bisque, Kickin Crab and Sweet Corn Chowder and Southwest Style Chicken Chili with Black Bean Soups.  I figure if I bring them all to work and toss them in my locker, I will never be without a quality meal in just a matter of minutes!

The best part for me is that I can grab them to go and I all I need is a microwave and a few minutes. It’s recommended for the best taste you use a stove top to warm but when your on the run like I am and it’s not an option, it’s nice to be able to microwave it right in the bowl it comes in and still get wonderful flavor!

Simply remove the lid, peel back the metal seal and place in microwave for 2 minutes.  Let sit for 1 minute and then stir.  If it needs to be warmed up a little more to suit your preference, pop it back in for 15 seconds at a time until it’s perfect.

Once it’s ready, you can eat it right from the container or pour it into a new bowl.  I find it easiest at work to just eat it right from the bowl since it is shaped just as a traditional bowl to make it easy to spoon out at eat.  I now often pair the Campbell’s Kettle Style Soup with an easy salad or fruits and veggies at work to make a satisfying meal that will get me through the day.

At home they are perfect for a quick meal paired with a salad or sandwich.  I can’t wait to grill up a cheese sandwich to go with my Tomato Basil Bisque!
