Here’s what you need to get started:

Green Goddess Salad Dressing

2 Avocados

1/4 Cup Miracle Whip, Mayo or Avocado Mayo

1/2 Cup Water

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Cumin

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

Peel your avocados and place them in a food processor with your lime juice.

 

Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

 

Blend until smooth.

You may need to stop and scrape the sides to ensure there are no large chunks.

Combine the avocado mixture and the rest of your ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
