Easy Beef Lo Mien Recipe
8 Ounces Lo Mien Noodles
1 Pound Stir Fry Steak (Flank or Round)
1 Bell Pepper Sliced
3 Cloves Garlic Minced
2 Cups Mushrooms Sliced
1 Cup Peas
1 Cup Carrots Sliced
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Combine all the ingredients for your sauce in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
In a large pot of water, boil your lo mien noodles for about 5 minutes or until tender.
Drain and place back in the large pot.
In a frying pan, place your olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots and mix well.
Cook until softened.
Place in the large pot with the noodles.
Pour the sauce mixture you have set aside over the pot of noodles. Leave to sit while cooking meat.
Slice meat into thin long strips.
In a bowl place your meat, cornstarch, and soy sauce and mix well.
Place meat mixture in pan and cook through.
Place meat in the big pot and mix the ingredients thoroughly. Enjoy!
Serve in individual bowls and enjoy.
