{Daily Dish Recipe} Blueberry Pancakes

Did you know that today is Shrove Tuesday?

Shrove Tuesday is better known as Pancake Day and is celebrated before Ash Wednesday.

Pancakes are associated with the day preceding Lent because they were a way to use up rich foods

such as eggs, milk, and sugar, before the fasting season of the 40 days of Lent.

So for today’s Daily Dish Recipe we are sharing Honey and Birch’s recipe for

Blueberry Pancakes.

These delicious pancakes are fluffy and light  and are not like your typical boxed mix pancakes.

I think they’re perfect for dinner tonight!
