Coconut Mango Iced Tea Slush Cocktail

Coconut Mango Iced Tea Slush Cocktail

This year has been fabulous with opportunities to explore new areas.  I finally got to mark Central America off my bucket list with Costa Rican Vacations and while I was basking in the sun at Villa Buena Onda, I discovered a new favorite drink inspired by the hot humid weather and tropical fruit.  Everywhere we went, we were offered juices of pineapple, passion fruit, mango as well as the option of iced tea.  They always blended them so they were so refreshing.  Since I don’t care for plain iced tea and don’t like to add extra sugar, I asked for iced tea with mango juice added and OMG….. SOOOOO good!  I was hooked! Needless to say, when I returned home, I made my own and jazzed it up a bit and turned it into a fabulous Coconut Mango Iced Tea Slush Cocktail!  (if you don’t want the alcohol, it still tastes great without it!)
