Cocoberry Cocktail

The heat is coming and we have some cool cocktails to share with you once again courtesy of TY KU Sake. Sake isn’t something I immediately think of to grab when mixing drinks so I am in love with all these new fun combinations they are introducing and inspiring me to try something new.  I’ll be sharing a series of TY KU cocktail recipes with you starting with the Cocoberry Cocktail! This one is a light fruity drink utilizing Coconut Sake, best part is it’s only 81 calories!  Check it out!

Cocoberry Cocktail

Light Fruity Cocktail Made with Coconut Sake!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Coconut TY KU Sake
  • 1 oz. TY KU Soju or Vodka
  • 4-6 Muddled Blueberries
  • Mint

Instructions

  1. Muddle Blueberries in shaker over ice
  2. Add Sake and Soju
  3. Shake & Pour into glass
  4. Garnish with Mint
