Chicken Parmigiana…an Easy Meal for Busy Nights

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted an “Italian” recipe here on Daily Dish Magazine.
So today I thought I would share a recipe that is one of my family’s favorites and one
that I am making this weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday.

Chicken Parmigiana…

Awhile ago, I shared my recipe for Chicken Cutlet Italian Style HERE.
It’s an easy chicken meal that I can put together quickly
and it’s how you prepare the chicken for this dish.
I always try to make extra so I can just as quickly put together
this recipe for Chicken Parmigiana.

Once you have your chicken cutlet breaded and fried, spread some tomato sauce in the
bottom of a baking dish.  Don’t forget to spray the dish with non-stick spray
to help make cleanup easy also…

Cover the chicken cutlets with more tomato sauce,
Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese…

Bake at 375 until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese
is bubbly; about 25 minutes…

Add a tossed salad and some pasta and you have dinner.
Quick, Easy and DELICIOUS…
