Yellowtail Sunset’s “Ginger Smash” is the perfect drink to kick of your St. Patrick’s Day festivities as it blends Reilly’s Rock & Rye Ginger Whiskey with accents of fresh mint to create a one-of-a-kind alcoholic beverage! Do not go for the traditional green drink this holiday and instead try the“Ginger Smash” a surefire way to get you in the St. Patrick’s Day spirit!

Ingredients

  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 6-8 Mint Leaves
  • 2 oz. Reilly’s Rock & Rye Ginger Whiskey
  • ¾ oz. Bertina Elderflower
  • ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¼ oz. Yuzu Juice
  • ½ oz. Agave Syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake & Strain over ice.
  2. Glass: Rocks
  3. Garnish: Lemon Wheel, Mint Sprig
