Cauliflower French Onion Dip

This lighted up french onion dip is made with riced cauliflower, onions, goat cheese and few other ingredients for flavor. It will be your new favorite for sure!


  • 3 Small Onions – Sliced
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine (I used Chardonnay)
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Diced Garlic
  • 1 10 oz. Bag Frozen Riced Cauliflower (cooked as directed)
  • 6 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Creamy Horseradish
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream


  1. Slice your 3 small onions
  2. Saute in a pan with olive oil and a little salt and pepper
  3. Cook down onions adding a bit of white wine
  4. Add your garlic and continue to saute until onions are well browned and caramelized.
  5. Cook your riced cauliflower as directed.
  6. In a bowl combine cooked riced cauliflower, cooked onions, sour cream, goat cheese, and horseradish.
  7. Use a hand mixer to blend the ingredients together until well blended.
  8. Note the dip will not be smooth but have small bits of onion.
  9. Chill dip before serving.
  10. Serve with chips or crackers.


  • *use more or less horseradish depending on your taste.
  • You can also add a dash of Worcestershire or soy sauce for a bit more flavor!
