Easy Cajun Pasta Skillet Dinner Recipe

Begin by placing your pasta in a large pot of water to boil. When pasta is soft and not chewy, drain it and leave it in the large pot. Before the pasta cools, add the butter to it and stir until melted.

Chop your chicken into small chunks. In a bowl, add your chicken, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons pepper, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well.

Put a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until done. If too much water accumulates from your chicken while frying it, pause and drain the excess water from the pan and continue to fry it.

Once the chicken is finished, add it to the pot of noodles.

In a small boiling pot, add your milk, heavy cream, and the rest of the seasonings. Allow cooking on medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Continuously stir it wants it starts to heat up.

Once boiling, remove from heat and add to the pot of noodles. Stir well.

Immediately add your parmesan to the mixture and stir well, until all the parmesan has melted.

Enjoy!
