Ingredients

  • Kellogg’s® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Waffles
  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Shredded Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Boil your chicken breasts for about 45 minutes until cooked through and tender.
  2. Place chicken in a bowl and shred with a fork.
  3. Stir in Buffalo Sauce.
  4. Cook Kellogg’s® Eggo Thick & Fluffy Original Waffles as directed.
  5. Top a waffle with a heaping spoonful of shredded buffalo chicken, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, and some shredded lettuce.
  6. Top with an additional waffle.
  7. Serve.
