Cowboys from each of the country’s 12 national circuits gathered in Kissimmee, FL. at the Silver Spurs
Arena last month, March 25-28, for one of the most incredible displays of cowboy showmanship of the
year. An exclusive contract will bring the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo back to Kissimmee, FL.
for the next decade, with competitors from the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association competing in
a variety of rodeo events for a chance at the national title and a whole lot of cash. This family-friendly
event is the perfect reason to gather up the kids and start planning an adventure-filled weekend in one
of the most popular cities in the state of Florida.
The RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo
A weekend long event, the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo is indeed an all-weekend event and not
just a strand of individual shows. You can bring your family for the bull riding, but you’ll end up
staying for the vast opportunities for family fun that surround this adrenaline pumping event.
Throughout the rodeo weekend, cowboys compete in showdowns each day to see who can score the
best times in a variety of events that include: bareback and saddle bronc riding, team roping, team rope
heeling, steer wrestling, tie down roping, barrel racing and the ever popular bull riding. The top four
overall best scores in each event will make it to the final showdown on the last night of the rodeo,
where they will duke it out Wild West style for the win.
The Florida Heritage BBQ Classic held its annual debut this year at the RAM Nationals Circuit Finals
Rodeo, where competitors from across the country came to showcase their incredible range of barbecue
flavors for a chance at the $25,000 prize purse. There is plenty of good old-fashioned BBQ to order up
and enjoy in between rounds of steer wrestling and calf roping, while listening to the live music and
enjoying the gorgeous Florida sun.
Also available at the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo is the Fan Zone, where fans can line up to
meet the stars of the show, get autographs or just have some good clean fun in between shows.
Adventurous activities are available here for guests of all ages, including free mechanical bull rides, the
chance to hold a real live alligator and even a photo booth complete with silly props to help you
commemorate your visit to the rodeo.
Bring the kids along and let them enjoy the vast kid’s zone with its bounce houses, inflatable slide,
obstacle course, laser tag and rock climbing wall, all free of charge. Sit and relax while the kids enjoy
hours of fun in between rodeo rounds.
The RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo is the perfect excuse to “get away from it all” and head down
to Kissimmee for some fun in the sun. Located just outside all the hustle and bustle of the theme parks,
Kissimmee has a wide range of attractions and events that are perfect for families. Tickets for the rodeo
are available on a per show or weekend long basis. You can visit RNCFR.com to learn more or to buy
tickets for next year’s event, which will take place April 6-9, 2016.
