It’s HOT, HOT, HOT and I’m looking for something to cool off in the evenings. What better than a “Cool Summer Cocktail”. Cool and refreshing, fruity and delicious. Only problem is deciding which cocktail to make! Never short on inspiration from our foodie friends at our Foodie Friends Friday parties, I gathered 30 Cool Summer Cocktails to share with you today.

From spiked lemonades, to traditional Pina Colodas, there is a flavor for everyone in this roundup. I’m thinking one a day for the rest of summer should be a nice way to try them all!!
