The Red Lady is a fun cocktail featuring red pepper and the Wasabi Witchu packs a bit of a punch! If that’s too much spice, then cool off with the refreshing Citrus Fizz. Which will YOU try?

The Red Lady Gin Cocktail | Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 2oz.
  • Cointreau – 1 oz.
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice – 1 oz.
  • Julienned Red Bell Pepper
  • Homemade Orange Bitters – 3 Drops

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle the red bell pepper, then add all remaining ingredients
  2. Shake without ice vigorously, then add ice and shake briskly
  3. Strain into a Coupe Glass
  4. Garnish with a strip of julienned Red Bell Pepper.

Wasabi Witchu Gin Cocktail | Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5 oz.
  • Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice – 1 oz.
  • Simple Syrup – .75 oz.
  • Cucumber Slices – 6
  • Fresh Wasabi – .5 teaspoon
  • Fresh Mint Leaves – 4-6 leaves

 

Directions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices and mint together
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker
  3. Fill with ice and shake
  4. Strain into rocks glass and add additional ice
  5. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint sprig

Citrus Fizz Gin Cocktail | Cinco de Mayo Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5 oz.
  • Cointreau – 1 oz.
  • Fresh Lime Juice – .75 oz.
  • Bitters – 2 dashes
  • Fresh mint leaves – 5-8
  • Soda Water – 6 oz.

 

Directions:

  1. Add The Botanist Gin, Cointreau and Fresh Lime Juice to shaker
  2. Add 2 dashes of bitters and 5-7 mint leaves to shaker
  3. Fill with ice and shake
  4. Strain into a Highball Glass
  5. Top with Soda Water
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig
