Spring Fruit Salad

March is here and we are all looking forward to Spring! I am and I am sure that those living in the North and Northern Midwest of the United States are surely looking forward to warmer weather.

With the thoughts of warmer weather, my thoughts go to  Spring and Summer time foods, fruit in particular.

Here is one of my favorite fruit salads.

Spatulas On Parade

After many years of cooking and baking, countless request for recipes, along with suggestions that I write a blog or cookbook, I decided to finally bite the bullet. As a home based business owner, mom to 3 grown sons, I needed to fill my time. To do this, I began Spatulas On Parade in June 2012. My passion for food and photography are fueled to new heights each day.
