starts out with a cake mix, but you would never
tell once you take a bite of this amazing cake.
It is so moist and so delicious.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cake…
I have made this cake so many times for my family and friends and even to bring to church for special functions. Everybody is always surprised when I tell them it starts with a simple boxed cake mix.
The icing is also delicious.
The recipe I use is more of a GLAZE than icing, BUT,
it hardens up really nice and is so
Everything combines beautifully and then you just drizzle the icing down the cake and let it cover the cake that way…
AND if you love sweets, you don’t want to miss our next that starts tonight. Foodie Friends Friday linky party We are all celebrating SWEETS…
The party starts at 9:00 EST tonight.
We can’t wait to see all the delicious SWEET TREATS you bring!

1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix with pudding 1 cup milk 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 4 TBS. unsweetened cocoa powder 3 TBS. milk 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine the cake mix, eggs, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Next, add the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a cake pan, I used a bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Combine the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Using a spoon, drizzle the icing over the cake.
